They are operating with limited capacity with a significant backlog,  it will be quite a while

will depend on embassy and how fast will they reopen their normal processing of F category visas. I know people who are DQ in beginning of 2020, and still waiting for interviews in Family Preference category, this is due to trump proclamation and COVID situation

Thnks for your help,but I already got welcome letter that states they will contact be after 6o days for further notice could they stay for one year????
