Hello,

I'm am stuck on a certain field for the I-129F and I was wondering if I can get some answers. Page 3, Part 1, Item number 25. where it asks you to list your Province or State of Birth. I am a naturalized citizen and the issue is I was born in the capitol city of my birth country and the capitol city has no associated province or state. It is categorized as its own thing as far as I can tell. Should I leave it blank or put N/A? Should I also put in an additional explanation in Part 8. I'm afraid if I don't put in an actual state/province I'll get an RFE for missing information. Am I wrong to assume the USCIS agent looking at my application will not know the intricacies of how states/provinces are organized in my country? I feel like I may be too paranoid about this.

I was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam if that helps.

Over thinking.   If N/A is appropriate,  then N/A it should be.

YMMV
