Hi guys, 

 

The personal check I sent to u.s department of state was denied because it didn’t have my current address on it. ugh!  so last week I sent in a money order.


The address I was instructed to sent was 
44132 mercure cir p.o. box 1094 sterling , va, 20166-1094. 

 

I sent it thru usps and was told that they can only put the address as 44132 Mercure Cir VA 20166.  but i did write the full address on the envelop next to the tracking address. 

 

My tracking now showed as delivered but it didn’t say the p.o. box 1094.

 

now i’m worried that it didn’t get to the correct place. it has been 4 days now and the money order is still not cashed yet.  i call the department of state and they said there is no payment posted yet.

 

has any body encounter something similar?
