Hi guys/gals

I am planning to ge the K-1 route. Since you all have been through this process, I wanted to know how do you obtain the No Impediment to Marriage certificate and what is the cost? :innocent:

You have to go to the registar general office to apply for it, the cost is $100us. You will need to take the birth certifercate.

Yes, he will need it regardless if your filing the K1.

Andre showed birth certificate and passport.
