Hi everyone. I am due to mail in my paperwork for ROC in December. I will need to travel out of country for 1-2 months in December and January.
Just wondering if this is possible? I don't know what the process is for ROC, outside of getting the paperwork together and mailing it in, and payment.
IS there biometrics again? IF so, when. If I sent it in at the start of December, will I be able to be out of the country until early Feb?

@IsabelleFredrick,  it sounds like your conditional green card will expire sometime in March. As long as you return to the US before your green card expires, you are fine. Make sure that you file your ROC within the 90 day window. Most biometrics are waived, by the way. I honestly doubt that you would get a biometrics appointment while you are traveling. It could happen but it is unlikely. There is a huge backlog.

If you were to get a biometrics appointment, then you would just contact USCIS and explain that you won't be able to attend it and ask them to reschedule it.

Best wishes. :)
