If you sent such a pic, would it be tantamount to admitting to a crime of moral turpitude? Aren't such pics banned in some localities?

We actually thought about this (for about two seconds). We were married by proxy. We had to demonstrate that the marriage was consummated subsequent to the wedding in order get an approved I-130. (Yes, its true. Read the instructions.) So how do you prove the event of consummation has occurred? Would the gov require pics? (Would we have had to hire a photographer?) But if we had provided such unambiguous evidence, how could my wife of satisfactorily answered question 30b of form DS-230 (... do you admit ever commiting a crime of moral turpitude? ...)

We ended up documenting of post-nuptial trip together that we called a honeymoon. We hoped CSC would connect the dots, and apparently they did.
