Yes it showed Ready before the interview and then Refused after the interview.

I just got the visa today at dhl. I received it.

Did DHL reach out to you or did you call them?

Did your status change on CEAC tracker?

I went to their office two days after I saw the issued. I saw issued on cec tracker on Thursday and went today and got it am so happy. I can try with my mum back to the us. I made a request at dhl office in person two days after the interview and paid 51 gh cedis, then after I saw the issued I went to their head office where I made the payment today and got the visa. No notification, nothing. Some people were complaining they didn't receive any notification. Please go there some days after you see issued. Remember it is Ghana we are talking about you need to take a step. All the best.
