I received the notice from the NVC about transferring my petition. Is this the usual wording?

This is what the letter says: "NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Georgetown., Guyana. Please note that the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition."

Is this their usual wording? Or is the "can take several weeks" due to COVID? I've heard usually after you receive that it only takes a week and then you can schedule your interview.

Also, I need to wait to be contacted to schedule my interview? That says my fiancé will be contacted, but I thought I was the one that would be contacted.

When did you receive the letter? This seems like the normal wording, according to what I've seen in a Facebook group with American/Cuban couples going through this process. It's taken about 1-2 weeks for them to receive notification to submit their DS-160 confirmation and applicant statement/schedule interviews after notice that their cases were being transfered. But most of them have received emails regarding the transfer and scheduling an interview.

I received the notice on April 22, so it's almost been a month 😓
