your mother originally did the petition for you and she passed away

now,  the petition is under your sister so things have changed

others need to know this to see if now it is a sibling petition (or even has to be cancelled and reapplied for)

the more info you post when asking a question ,  the better the responses will be

and i am just starting a sibling petition so i have a lot to learn

now,  expect some good answers from others
