I've been trying to contact KCC & US embassy in my country asking them about my case, and I got this email reply from KCC:

 

"

Thank you for your inquiry.

 

Your case number is now current for interview processing.  Once the interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email to check https://dvprogram.state.gov. If you need to make changes to your DS-260 you should contact the consular section where you will be interviewed, or bring the information about your changes to your interview appointment. Because your case is ready to be scheduled, KCC can no longer unlock your application.

"

 

My DS-260 and documents were summited and approved last year, and my case number is very low.

Does this email means I'll get a visa interview soon?

Assuming your embassy is processing DV visas, probably. Make sure to check the entrant status check page (the same place your original selection letter showed up) regularly, as the emails from KCC informing selectees of update sometimes go astray.
