How long embassy takes to schedule IV appointment

Dear VJ members need your guidance 
My expedite request for CR1 was approved by Nvc and case was sent to Us embassy on 7 of april 2021.since then I didn’t get email from embassy for appointment as it is almost 3 weeks since then. My questions are

1. how long embassy takes to schedule an IV interview date keeping in mind corona situation 

2. i have seen on Ustraveldocs site that IV  appointment can be scheduled if case is expedite ( I didn’t done or checked it as you have to make an acc there first)
