Hello. We have petitions for my stepchildren (IR-2, of USC). Our embassy is in Santo Domingo,  DR. We have been Documentarily Qualified at NVC since May 23, 2020. Next month will be a year that our case have been sitting at NVC. Is there any way to find out where we are in line? The embassy at SDO is scheduling interviews. Like everyone else, we have been patient. Of course, NVC can't tell us anything.  Any information would be helpful.

Hi, request to expedite your case at NVCExpedite@state.gov. My son got DQ'd on 5/2020 too and his already here in the US 2 weeks ago and started his 1st job here last week. Goodluck and God bless.

We sent one in January on the basis of housing and was denied. However, we have a different basis (one beneficiary is turning 21 in September and the other is five and needs to enroll into kindergarten for the upcoming year). One which basis did you petition to expedite?

If you are May 2020 you are literally days away from receiving notice for the interview. I follow a lot of DR lawyers on youtube and they are receiving interview letters very very close to this date!
