Hi,

Is the CFO sticker visa specific?

Meaning if wife did cfo seminar for k1 left Philippines with that sticker, and is now leaving Philippines again with Ir1 visa.

Does she need to take cfo seminar again for a new sticker?

 

We were just going to try and do it again to be safe. But now im thinking with my luck it will cause some random issue.haha

 

Especially now because its online and they get a printable certificate and mail a sticker. (In which she has already a sticker in her passport from the k1)

Fiancee or spouse,  same seminar

CFO-GCP  (spouse of USC, K-1)  is the same, once done it is good forever.    Does she still have the certificate for earlier?   I have been told they can look her up in the computer if she doesn't have the old certificate to issue the sticker.

Yes she still has the old certificate &/with a sticker in her passport.

 

Then your saying she will be issued another sticker for her passport?

 

So then She will have 2 stickers? 🤔

Ah ..  For some reason I was thinking the sticker was in an old expired passport .. my bad. 

 

I see no reason for a new sticker, unless the old sticker has some sort of dating on it.

hey hank do u know how she got the sticker? I am trying to apply today and cannot get any luck on the website I keep getting time out...

We have original cfo sticker from a k1 visa 3 years ago.

We just registered for another, online yesterday.

Now we just need to find an open bayad to pay, so can get the scheduled online counseling.

Thank you for your update... I was also trying to send one yesterday  and wednesday but I keep getting a time out... Can you tell me if you have encountered errors sending as well and what did you do to get it quickly?

We didn't have any issues. Though i think there is different link for first time counseling. We chose the pink box for pre departure orientation. 

Only asked for name,kind of visa,email address and upload copy passport and visa.

She didn't have to wait a phone call because she already had an old certificate & sticker.

It was all done in 2 days. Probably could of done in one but couldn't find an open bayad the first day.

Registered online,paid at bayad and printed new certificate.
