Questions on preparing AOS packet

I am preparing to send off concurrent filing for my mom next week and I just have few questions to ensure I am doing things right. It will be really helpful if anyone can please assist or guide me with these questions.. 

 

1 - Is it okay to send everything in one bundle? Like I would separate each respective form along with their supporting documents using paper clips and then clip everything together with a larger clip? Or should I put each form in separate envelopes/folders? Has anyone sent their packets without using fasteners?

 

2 - If sending in all together, how do I include the sealed I-693 envelope? Do I just put it inside the big envelope or clip it somehow to the I-485? I am scared clipping it to the forms will bend or tear the envelope seal.

 

3 - For the passport photos, do I put all 6 photos together in a ziploc bag and clip at the top of the packet or have separate ziplocs per each form? 

 

4 - What is the best recommended option to mail the package?

Each form is a separate application. so photos+ documents  for I-130 should be with I-130 application. Photos+ documents  for I-485 should be with I-485. 

 

You can send all the applications ( i-130, i-485,i-765, i-131) in one USPS/UPS/Fedex mail package but dont combine the documents and expect USCIS to sort relevant documents. They will send it back

 

I-693 is sealed and should go with I-485 package

 

Photos go with their own application. 2 for I-485, 2 for i-765, 2-for i-131. 

 

You can mail using USPS, UPS or Fedex. there is no best way.
