Any tips on how to start the process?

They are the Form DS-160 applicants. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visitor.html

Note: Visa applicants must qualify on the basis of the applicant's residence and ties abroad, rather than assurances from U.S. family and friends. A letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support is not needed to apply for a visitor visa. If you choose to bring a letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support to your interview, please remember it is not one of the factors used in determining whether to issue or deny the visa.

Also Manila is not currently scheduling routine visa appointments: https://ph.usembassy.gov/visa-update-cancelation-of-b1-b2-business-tourist-visa-appointments-through-april-30-2021/

Hello! I would like to invite my parents to visit us here in the US. They are both seniors. Any tips on how to start the process? Thanks!

Send them an invite any way you would like

Once the US Embassy in Manila opens back up for tourist visa have them apply.

Senior parents tend to have a very high success rate at getting approved.
