NO PACKET YET BUT I ALREADY HAVE MY INTERVIEW/MEDICAL SCHEDULE

I have my interview/medical schedule but until now my packet has not arrived yet. I am not home most of the time but I gave an authorization letter together with a xerox copy of my ID to the guard of our building. Other VJers with the same interview/medical schedule as mine already got their packets. I am just worried. What would be the possibility? Thanks

hi irene, you should try calling DHL and ask if they have something for you..by the way i checked your timeline and your signature, you did not fill up anything would help others if you do..goodluck!

Hi Rea! Thank you so much for replying to my post. As much as I wanted to put all the important dates on my timeline, I don't really know most of them. Do you have any idea where can I get all these important dates? Are you suggesting that I call the hotline of DHL? So atleast now I know that it will be delivered by DHL and not Delbros. Am I correct? Thanks again! I hope to receive my packet this week.

We did the same thing and we e-mailed the consulate and they told us the exact date our packet was mailed. That may help some.

yes, in the Philippines DHL brings the packet 4 to us, goodluck

You should have gotten your appointment letter by now. But if in case, DHL don't have it, you can request its pick-up at SLEC during your med exam. Call SLEC to request.

Thank you guys for all the replies! I called DHL and inquired about my packet. The agent who was a lady got my full name and asked me to wait while she searched for the statuts of my packet. When she came back, she requested for my telephne number and told me that she'll just give me a call. I doubted that she will return back to me so I decided to call again and another lady was on the line. She asked for my case number and finally transferred my call to the person in-charge of packets from the USE, his name is Eric. Eric told me that the USE released names with packets two weeks ago and my name was on the list. But my documents are not yet at DHL. He got my number and promised to get back to me as soon as there are any updates on my packet. I also called the USE Hotline and the agent told me that just in case I have not gotten the packet two weeks prior to my interview which is on August 2, I may request one from St. Luke's Medical Center. Atleast now, somebody confirmed that this is possible. Of course I have to show documents that I am already scheduled for interview. Thanks again!
