Hi everyone, hope you are all doing fine. I have 2 questions:

1- What to prepare for unmarried son over 21 ( His parents are us citizen) before visa interview?

2- Do his parents require to join visa interview with him?

Thanks!

I did my interview two months ago.

Basically everything you uploaded to NVC he will need to walk with just incase. Original forms completed, passport pics, Tax transcript (walk with 2020 as well even is it wasn't uploaded) unexpired PCC,Original birth certificate, original marriage certificate of parents filing for him, I also walked with copies of passport for my mom and her husband but they didn't ask for it, copy of DS-260, translations if needed, court and prison records if you have any, marriage certificate and divorce certificate if he was previously married, military records.

That was about it. and well obviously unexpired passport.

No parents don't need to be there.
