Just because the ban has been lifted doesn't mean they have resumed routine visa processing.  Family preference visas are not considered mission critical

Has your civil documents and other requirements been accepted? What does it show on the status?

Yes, it shows both "accepted" and "submitted". I submitted new NBI clearance, the old one was expired. How about you?

DQ is when everything is accepted. Have you received an email from NVC stating that your case has been submitted to the local embassy for scheduling of interview?
