H2B while awaiting Consular Processing

Hello, I have a f4 petition that is current and documentarily qualified since May of last year.

In 2019, I went on a J1 student’s work visa to the states. The same company is now interested in having me come work for them on a H2B.

Would that be possible with the f4 petition so far along the process? I’m not sure what laws are there regarding the petition.

I did receive j1 in 2019 with the case being current.

And yes, I know there’s a ban on both these visas at the moment, just looking at the options. And no, I don’t intend on doing Aos
