For income verification, use pay stubs and a letter from your employer. If you are a US Citizen and worked abroad, you are still required to file tax returns, even if you owe no taxes. File the returns or cite the IRS regulation that exempts you from filing.

What does your brother in-law have to do with this? You can't petition for him to come to the USA. He is not your immediate family member.

Actually my sister has applied for her and i wanna be her joint sponsor. And is it enough to prove my job without giving them federal tax return copies..?

I'm sorry but it is not clear who is who in this scenario. Would you be kind enough to explain again avoiding pronouns like her and she that indicate who she and her are in the story.

You can use your current job to qualify as a sponsor but you are still required to file tax returns or cite the IRS regulation that exempts you.

Your sister must honestly and accurately complete and submit an I-864 for CR1 or AOS or/and I-134 for K3 visa with supporting documentation. You do the same. This includes US tax returns or a citation of the IRS regulation that exempts her or you from filing, and why.
