Hi all.  Am a Tampa filer.  Think it was April 2020, seems many Tampa filers even from Sep got around the same date of Feb8/Feb9

background: 3 year with abuse and extreme cruelty waiver (divorce) allowed to file in 3 years for this waiver.

Got diagnosed with terminal illness in Jan 2020

my situation has changed a lot since I filed:

1. I got married about a week ago

2. I actually got re married to the person who was extremely cruel and and abusive to me.
3. every thing on my initial file of ROC was 100 percent true and I had over and over mentioned how much we loved each other and my belief that if he got help for what I saw was PTSD, Anxieties and understood how some family were poison we would be good.
4. since my ROC  approval - literally same day cancer diagnosis, been through a full journey- anyway we got back and he completely turned around his act and since even remarried.

5. could this be a problem at all?  Maybe some will say I should have waited - but my life is not about immigration rules, wanted to marry, so we did.

Issue#2

next issue is I have not filed my 2019 taxes yet, been in aggressive treatment and just got more stable.  Will try resolve this before interview but what if I can’t?  Is this brought up?

issue#3

the ‘joke’ starts with the fact that I just couldn’t remember what issue 3 was as I type this - 5 minutes later I remember... the issue is my bad memory!!!  I always had memory issues due to my ADHD,  now I have a lot of brain fog due to chemo - are they understanding if I blank out on a few answers?

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Jamaica

Issue 2 do you file an extension? Otherwise that might be an issue

Issue 3 take your time. You can always explain but you'll need to get the civics questions and the reading and writing correct but there's no reason you should rush through it. Do you qualify for a medical disability exemption? You should look into it.
