Hello! The NVC sent my fiancé’s k-1 to Madrid on December 8th😣. We are not sure why they sent it to Madrid since he no longer resides there. I did contact bother Madrid and Casablanca. Madrid responded saying they will send it to Morocco once I contact Morocco and ask for the transfer. Well I contacted Morocco over a week ago and even my local congressman contacted them two week ago! Still nothing from Morocco. Is there another email they use different from the website? Has anybody else had this issue with Morocco? How can I get in contact with them? My fiancé’s resident of Spain expired so there is no way for him to get to Spain for this interview 😔

Are you trying to contact them to make sure that the case has arrived? Casablanca is not currently interviewing new K-1 cases, only ones that had been cancelled in the spring due to the pandemic.

There is a new email address that they have been using for K-1 cases, though they say they will only respond to certain specific inquires. But I would give it a try anyway: K1Casablanca@state.gov

Casa embassy will not and can not respond to your case as they Not only are not doing K1' interviews now but they know nothing about your case/ it's not there/ an embassy only knows about the cases currently in their position /USC has to send the email /they will not respond to immigrant at this stage

I hope he got a criminal report from Spain before he left if one is needed/  I add this as you applied in February and since then all has been closed down and hard to get documents done

allah yessir

Email Madrid to have the case sent on at the following

i would think Madrid may have to return it to NVC but try to see if they will send to Morocco

include in your email Case #,  both names and both DOB's or it will be held up in limbo

Madrid email is:

Casa is resuming k-1 interviews on the 12th. They are starting with the cancelled interviews from this past March/April and then will proceed from there will cases already at the embassy. You probably have a long time to wait as Casablanca hasn’t been sent cases from the NVC since March.

Country: Morocco

NOA1- March 27th
