Call USCIS and speak to a representative. They can provide you with the receipt number.

When i call , it doesn't connect me to the representative without receipt number!, just keeps going back in loop. Gave me an email address to contact, but someone posted here earlier that there is no response to emails either!

Here are some updates:

I received a note from the Lockbox 20 days after I received my receipt notice (go figure).

I had escalated to a tier-2 officer in late December, who called 10 days after I received my receipt notice.

Say "Schedule infopass appointment".

I still haven't received my receipt. I just know that my check is cashed that is all so far!

Finally received my receipt number through text msg on Jan 25th. When I checked the status.

Package received on Nov 24th

Case Received on Jan 13th

Check cashed on Jan 15th.

For 2 months the package was sitting idle! Processing is just damn too slow!

This is just spreadsheet where people in our forums are updating as they receive an update from USCIS. If your package was received on Dec 1, you should be right around the time when it should be cashed and just hang on until next week.

Mine took like 48 days and in your case there were more holidays for USCIS....I'm positive that you will get the receipt next week

Hello

i still haven’t received anything. When i call uscis they don’t connect me to the representative without the receipt number. What should I do? Everyone is getting the NOA now.

Call USCIS and say "technical problem". It will connect you to an agent. I tried it and it worked. Good luck! 🥰

Did they take money from your account or Money Order ? You can call USCIS and try the Technical Problem or Schedule appointment and it would connect to an agent
