If my wife (the beneficiary), doesn't not pay support directly to the kids (because she does not work) do we we still include them on the I-944.  I the petitioner support the kids. Let me know.  Thank you!

 

This form is confusing because it keeps switching between the beneficiary and the household. Ahhhh!

If they are her children, then definitely yes: "Your children (under the age of 21 and unmarried) physically residing with you;"

 

If they are her spouse's children, then still yes: "The term child includes stepchildren and adopted children, as provided in INA section 101(b)(1)."

Ok that is what I was thinking also. I will definitely include them.
