I-765 help with RFE thanks

First time posting, this website has been very helpful... so in my case, I accidentally checked 2 boxes on page 1 part 1 of the I-765 form =(

 

The RFE notice date is October 11, 2020... not exactly sure how to properly submit the form again, here's some screenshot of their instructions which to me is a bit vague.

Does this mean we will have to pay the fee now?

Does it also mean that I need to re-send the required documents beside the form again?

You resubmit the corrected form and include the i797 acceptance notice from your i485 application in lieu of a payment
