I-129F -- Item 38 - New passport

Hi all,

 

Just finalizing a couple of details to submit an I-129f for a K-1 visa and I have a question about items 37-38. 

 

My fiancé has been to the US twice (though is not, at this moment, in the US) so I fetched her I-94 from the UCIS site to get the number. Part 2 of item 38 asks for a passport number, and this is where my question comes in: since her most recent visit, she's renewed her passport. Under item 38 part 2 do I put the number of the passport she used on her most recent entry to the US (the one tied to the I-94 I pulled), or do I put the number of her current passport?

Reread the section,  information is only require if the alien is currently in the USA otherwise n/a
