Aeroflot is usually the cheapest. Delta has non-stop flights from Moscow to Atlanta or JFK. If you have Delta/Continental/Alaska/Northwest/Korean/Singapore/China/etc. airlines miles you can use them to fly from Moscow on Delta or Aeroflot. Last time I flew to Moscow it was 60,000 miles for one roundtrip. There is a website called sidestep.com that compares prices of different airlines. Try them too.

Air France also has tickets for around $900 roundtrip. As always, depends on what time of year you are going and what days of the week.
