Hi Guys,

The time has come to lift conditions on my husband resident card. His resident card expires 02/01/21. I read you must file within the 90 day period. before expiring. I wanted to start filing as of 11/01/2020. Am I correct or its to soon?

Thank you for your help and sorry if this question was already answered in another forum.

The earliest filing (arrival) date is 11/03/2020.   I would wait until that day or after (but before expiration date) to mail it. If it arrives even 1 day too early, it will be rejected and returned.
