Wow really ? Is your friend plaintiff of K1 ? Or the interview was already done back in 2019 ?

Question 

My fiancé received the passport with the visa today  K1 also her friend received too at the same time . Both are K1 and none are mission critical . On her friends passport it said at the bottom says :

*Exception under pp on risk to labor market
on My fiancé passport it doesn’t say anything like that .. can she still fly to the US

She is good to fly, I have seen many posts on other groups with different visa.. they all have gone through POE fine.. but just avoid any European layovers..direct flight from Mumbai or delhi , if its east side then Newark is the best airport.

You can post this some other group on VJ. More experienced are out there to shed more light..

case Last Updated Nov 25th 2020 what does this Ready status means, please explain if any one knows this.

They must have issued letter from embassy to you. I have recieved my letter dated 4th December . That's when my case got updated.

I have never done my medical and pcc before. I have applied for pcc now after getting letter from embassy and medical will be doing after booking appointment.

When is your case updated for ready status and when did you get your letter? Did you get email also? What date they have allowed you to schedule interview? Please give me details. When is your case created date?

If yu fill the DS160 and pay the visa fee...you will be able to book an appointment

I recieved the letter on 11th December by post. I never received any email..

They have given 3 things.

1. Welcome letter /instruction letter 

2. Your own i129 form photocopy 

3. IMBRA pamphlet

 

I am trying to book an appointment but they have not released the February slot. 

My case was ready since March 2020.

Hello. Can you please let us know about your experience with the interview at Mumbai embassy? Is I134 required as original or a scanned and printed copy is acceptable. What did they ask mostly? How long was the interview? If you don't mind if you wanna share what was the 221g issued for? My fiancé's interview is in January so we're trying to prepare and know what to expect.
