I study in the third year  at university if I entered the current level in the  DV lottery Do I have to prove it on the day of the interview if I win, or do I just have to present my high school  diploma?
What do you advise me to register with the current level or high school diploma

The correct response for your case in the entry form would be “some university courses”, but whatever you choose here will have zero impact on whether or not your entry is selected.

The eligibility requirement is a high school diploma, and you only have to show your educational qualifications if you get selected at interview.  They will usually ask you to show all completed diplomas/degrees. Remember IF you get selected you will interview sometime between October 2021 and September 2022, so if you have completed your university degree by then you would show that diploma too.
