Hello,

I'm wondering if anybody has started the process in the link above for their fiancé/fiancée or any other extended family.

We are looking to submit our application and request written authorization for my fiancé to drive up in March or so to help me pack up after my K1 visa gets issued, then drive back down along the coast. 😊

I noticed in the web page, it only mentions air travel -- would land travel be acceptable for the USC once the application and written authorization from IRCC is approved?

Any and all insights regarding this new process is very much appreciated!
