Right now I am wondering if anyone cares. When I Google the question I get all sorts of responses some going back a long ways.

I went back 16 pages until May of 2020 in the Filipino forum and what once was was blocked by court order, but just want to make sure it is still not a requirement. I plan on having her insured the day she steps off the plane in Idaho. She has a quote from an insurer in case the embassy asks......but so far I have not insured her.

In the past CFO has tried to act like they have the power to let a person get a sticker.  It's an ebb and flow thing.

Last 10 years or so they haven't been acting so strict and trying to act like the USEM as in approving/denying a person being able to ultimately leave the Philippines.

They were really being difficult with some individuals  around 2006 to 2008 time frame
