Nikkah form

I have few questions.

First one is my nikkah form states my before marriage marital status as bachelors where as it should have stated divorced and I have already submitted my case to USCIS will it be a problem?

 

Although I have submitted my divorce papers along with my recent nikkah form but I didn't paid attention to the form but recently. Any help in this regards.

Mine says “widowed” however I also turned in divorce papers.  My advice is turn in exactly what the official document says.

We have never been asked about it.  If it was an issue, we would have by now.
