My husband is the beneficiary and we are preparing for aos interview. I am the us citizen petitioner and we filled AOS on my maiden name as I haven't changed my last name officially in Social Security when we filled. On the form it says current legal name so I use my maiden name at that time. Never got any rfe and now we're waiting for our interview to be scheduled. Fast forward I am now using my married name on everything ssn, dl, insurance and work. Only my passport is still in my maiden name, so im wondering do I need to bring my passport in the interview? I need to know if I still have time to get a passport renewal as it will take a while for sure to get a new one.

No.  You only need to bring one valid ID

YMMV
