i864A keeps getting rejected because no signature even though it is there?

Hi,

I have submitted all the documents on the NVC portal for review. They have all been accepted apart from one, which has been rejected twice with the comment "x person has not entered their name, signed by hand and/or dated Part 5 on this form I-864A. Please complete Part 5 and replace this form.

 

We uploaded the form with the correct signature, date etc etc and it has been rejected again.  this time the form that was rejected does contain the right information?  What can i do??

Most common error on this form is not WHETHER it is signed but who signed where.  Check it again.  Sponsor signs in one place and household member in another.  No preparer or translator signature unless actually used.
