Submitting spousal change of status involving 9 forms, for documentation that multiple forms request (birth certificate, etc.), should we include it multiple times?

This is a bit confusing to me.

On the I-944, the instructions say this:
If you will be submitting the same documentation (such as tax return transcripts or birth certifications) for the I-485 or the I-864, you do not need to submit the documentation multiple times.
So that's pretty clear as far as the I-944 goes. No need to duplicate the documentation.

However, I looked through the instructions for the I-130, I-485 and I-864 and didn't see anything similar to the above. Not sure if this is a general rule for all forms, or just something specific to the I-944?

For example, 4 forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131) request 2 passport type photos. Should we actually have 4 sets of 2 (8 total) for all of the forms, or is just 1 set of 2 ok?

Same question for our marriage certificate (I-130, I-485), my wife's birth certificate (I-130, I-485), my birth certificate (I-130, I-864), our tax returns (I-130, I-864, I-944), etc. There are a LOT of forms asking for the same documentation. Not totally sure what we are supposed to be doing.

A related question would be, if you do only have to include it once, where should it go? Like, would I just start with the I-130 and include everything there, and then anything else that asks for it, refer back to it, and then move onto the I-485 and include anything new and do the same thing for that, etc.?

Each form is a different application (except for 864 and 944, because they go together with the 485), so each application needs its own documents. So 2 pics each, 1 marriage certificate each and so on...

Never assume that USCIS has your stuff. We sent everything for the K1 Visa, and had to send everything again for AOS. And now that I'm applying to renew my EAD, I had to send everything again one more time.
