This is driving me nuts... I can't remember what a Scribbler is! I *know* that I know the word. I KNOW that I had whatever it is when I was in school. But that's as far as I get.

Pleaaase... someone... save me from going completely insane over this? :)

08/15/2007 - K-1 Visa approved
09/01/2007 - Moved to Ohio
11/24/2007 - Married!
03/31/2008 - Received Green Card
05/03/2010 - Conditions removed

Finally applying for citizenship!

01/19/2016 - Filed N-400
01/25/2016 - NOA
02/17/2016 - Biometrics appointment
02/26/2016 - Receieved interview letter
04/01/2016 - Naturalization interview

alright. I only got 12 but come-on I'm only a landed immigrant

met summer 1999, summer 2000 hooked up-whoo hoo summer fling

summer fling failed to fizzle, married 2003

I-130 mailed 12/15/03

4/1/04 no word from NE contacted senators office, app found

NOA1 4/13/04

Gave up on ridiculously long US process-started Canadian

12/4/04 submitted app

LSS app returned because of missed signatures, lost in transit, resubmitted in June

9/28/05 landed, yippie

10/4/05 fly back to US to "finish up Master's" lose mind and switch to PhD

Damn it back to the US process

3/something/2005 finally get NOA2, no idea why it took so long

4/15/07 get case approval from NVC

8/9/07 Montreal here we come

10/14/07 hubby activated his visa

Whoo hooo I got 8. And that was probably because the last 10 questions I just started guessing rather then putting in 'I don't know'.

Jan - 10 year Green Card accepted

Mar - 10 year Green Card arrived

March 1 - Sent I-129F to VSC

March 9 - NOA1 by mail

March 11 - Touched

April 6 - NOA2 by email

April 12 - Received by NVC (Dated April 6th)

April 19 - Received notice from NVC - sent to Vancouver? WHAT? :) CAN IT BE TRUE???

May 4 - Packet 3!! Still from Vancouver!

May 7 - Packet 3 faxed back

May 16 - Medical in Ottawa

May 17 - Packet 4!

June 11 - Interview - APPROVED IN VANCOUVER!

June 16 - Activated visa at Alexandria Bay!

BACK IN THE USSA! ;)

Sept 1 - Wedding in Maryland

Nov 12 - AOS package recieved by USCIS

Nov 30 - NOA

Dec 3 - Received Biometrics Appointment date

Dec 20 - Biometrics Appointment in Baltimore!

Jan 14, 2008 - Case transfered to CSC

Feb 4 - Welcoming letter and AP/arrived!

Feb 6 - Case online - updated - Approval notice sent

Feb 7 - GREEN CARD ARRIVES IN MAIL - Happy dance ensues!! :) :) :) :) :)

2009/2010 - Adjustment of Status (10 year visa)

Dec - Filed I751 (Vermont)

Dec 14th - Received NOA (Conditional residence extended for one year)

Jan 26th - Biometrics in Baltimore

Jan 28th - Touch

April 2 - Approval letter recieved!

June 22 - Still no card... called Vermont Office

June 25 - Email received, card production ordered!

July 9 - GC received in mail!! :)

I took the Canadian Citizenship Practice Test last night too...I scored 87%. 97 out of 111 questions, not bad I guess. My hubby quizzed me on Nova Scotia history...*gulp* I didn't do so good. I guess I need to study a bit more since I plan on living there someday. :D

I took the Canadian Citizenship Practice Test last night too...I scored 87%. 97 out of 111 questions, not bad I guess. My hubby quizzed me on Nova Scotia history...*gulp* I didn't do so good. I guess I need to study a bit more since I plan on living there someday. :D

Tee hee.. I love it.. It really is amazing that the rest of Canada (outside the maritimes) think they are the center of the universe.. it's East Coast all the way :)
