I would like to know if anyone its waiting on I-601 approval. I submitted an I-601 waiver for my mom back on September 2019 and I still have not received an answer. I see the processing time its from 3-6 months, I wonder if this is normal since I contacted USCIS and they are just saying they don't have an answer yet. I consider this not a good answer. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks

Someone has been waiting for 18months for his i-601. There is nothing you can do except waiting for its.

12/06/2014: Package filed

12/31/2014: Fingerprinted

02/06/2015: In-Line for Interview

04/15/2015: Passed Interview

05/05/2015: Oath letter was sent

05/22/2015: Oath Ceremony

Thank you for your feedback Nancy. May i please know the reason why you submitted an I-601? My mom was found inadmissible after her interview at a Ciudad Juarez Consulate. An immigration agent concluded that she aid my adult bothers to come to the US. This is false, however I didn't want to challenge the agent's decision and just went ahead an sent the waiver. I honestly don't like to argue with anyone from immigration because unfortunately the chances of winning i believe are very minimum. I strongly believe we have been discriminated because of my mother's appearance but I just want my mother to be able to come to the US legally and so I'm willing to do anything immigration wants.
