Submit proof of IRS taxes paid for the taxes you and your spouse owe; to include documentation from the IRS, state or local tax office showing the owed amount has been paid in full.

what is the documentation from IRS they are referring too ?

"

 

I just filed last year so would those be documents from when i filled till now ?

You can send it by mail with RFE letter, make sure the address is correct. 

 

Proof of Marital Union is everything from your marriage, not from when you filed.
