Hi Visa Journey!

This question is more intended for Petitioners that have applied for I-130 for there parents in Pakistan.

What documents have you included in your submittal?

Currently have:

-Both Parents Birth Certificate

-Parents Urdu Nikkah Nama with English Translation

-Copy of Parents Passports

-Petitioner Birth Certificate

-Petitioner Naturalization Certificate

Am I missing anything that I should submit? Would appreciate the advice. Just trying to avoid delays.

For the I-130, you only need proof of petitioner's US citizenship (naturalization certificate, passport, etc), and proof of relationship to the beneficiary (birth certificate of the petitioner).  The other documents can be sent as well, but they are optional.
