Employment History (Two Jobs, Same Employer) Question

My British fiance has worked as a teacher for the same partnership over the last two years. However, he was originally hired as an Unqualified teacher following a stint with them as a TA. During that year, he was accepted into their training program and they made him an Associate Teacher. Should I fill out two separate entries for his two jobs, or one entry and list both positions since they are asking for the employer?

The occupation is teacher.
They don’t ask for title or position,  so in this case I wouldn’t differentiate between a teacher’s aide, associate, or super teacher. The job was all teaching.
