I'm not sure what you mean. The signature pages? We filled out the rest on a computer, pages with signatures printed out and signed by hand. Printed out all the pages and scanned them in the correct order into a single pdf document with the iphone tool (in notepad) and uploaded that. Has been accepted. Make sure to have all pages, even the last one even if it's blank!

The problem comes when you fill the form electronically. The form file is "secured" to begin with and you can see it on the title when you open it on PDF reader, so if it's still showing that then it's mean the file is secured and therefore NVC always reject it.

Hmm. Yeah you're right it was secured. I'm not sure how to help with that. Thats why I printed them all out (after filled out electronically) and scanned, because I wasn't able to just add the signature page to the file bc it was secured. Sorry, maybe someone else can help..

It needs to be signed "by hand", therefore you have to print it, sign, scan, (compress if needed) and upload.
