What is the most frequent average?

2 months has been the average

according to their website:

As of 6-JUL-2020, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 4-APR-2020. Please note, as result of April 22, 2020 Presidential Proclamation, we are reviewing documents for cases not subject to the travel restrictions first.

Does it mean they’re now reviewing documents submitted for the first time, or for DQs also?

If you are cr1/ir1 and file all required documents (no RFEs) my bet is it would be about 15 days to get DQ'ed.

I am CR1. We filed all the required documentation and submitted exactly a week ago. I hope there aren’t any mistakes or RFE. Praying for it. 🙏🏼
Thank you so much for the encouraging information.
