NO RECEIPT (NOA1) FROM USCIS AFTER FILING AOS

Hi guys,

 

I sent out adjustment of status package to USCIS on the 9th of June but haven't received any NOA1. Also the money order hasn't been cashed. It been 20 days not. is this normal?

Does it mean that my case my status will start counting from whenever I receive NOA1 or from the date it was delivered to USCIS?

The NOA1 will have the date it was delivered

Update: I got the text from USCIS last night with my receipt numbers. It took about 22/23 days after submission.
