Difficulty Viewing NVC Messages

Hi all - I’m having some difficulty viewing my NVC status update messages.  When I click on one a box open and it flashes a couple of times and then disappears.

 

Anyone else seeing this ?

Make sure your pop up blocker isn’t on in the browser.

04/21/20: IR-5 Submitted Online 

04/21/20: NOA1 Issued online

04/27/20: NOA1 Received via postal mail from Texas Service Center

04/27/20: Touched

04/28/20: Case Transferred to California Service Center

05/14/20: Touched 

05/15/20: Touched 

07/01/20: Touched

07/06/20: Touched 

07/06/20: RFE Issued (not available online)

07/16/20: RFE Received in Mail

07/20/20: DNA Done in USA

08/09/20: RFE Partial Response Submitted Online

08/26/20: RFE Partial Response Submitted via mail

09/01/20: Touched

10/28/21: DNA test results Received by USCIS

11/12/21: NOA2

Try this, click on the tile of the message ONLY ONE time and wait for the content showing. It's very slow sometime it takes up to 10 mins. If you keep clicking on it, it will be even longer. It happened to me too, I learn it the hard way. Hope this help

Call NVC. I had the same problem and assumed I was DQ. This cost me 8 weeks. 

 

They wanted an extra document. Don't fu@k about with this.

Easier said than done - my call to the NVC yesterday was disconnected after an automated message told me they were overwhelmed with calls.  So their messages don’t open and their phone lines are closed.  Welcome to the US Government.

I know, they are terrible. I've spent many an hour listening to that jingle and many more just trying to get through. 

 

What browser are you using? You're supposed to use Internet Explorer, but I have managed to view messages in Edge.

I have tried Explorer, Chrome, and Safari.  I managed to get one to open a few days ago but since then nothing.  The entire process is just one huge joke.
