ah duh lol, if it is like in Brazil we had to take it with us to the interview, not mail. What do they say on your last packet? They should give you the instructions.

Yes, the packet lists all the documents that the beneficiary needs to take to the embassy on the date of the interview.

In the immigration dictionary here on VJ

AOS is given as the abbreviation for both adjustment of status AND the affidavit of support.

However, it is most commonly known as the adjustment of status.

Are any of the documents of the affadavit of support such as employer letter, bank statment, etc needed to be sealed and sent to beneficiary prior to being taken to interview?

I think the answer is no, but want to be sure.
