Hello Members,

I would appreciate if you can share your experiences at Indianapolis USCIS field office. My Spouse has the Oath ceremony later this month. I understand the family members are not allowed in the office which is located in 10th Floor. Are they not allowed even inside the building at 1099 Meridian Street?

Well, finally the wait is over for my spouse....The oath ceremony was on Tuesday, June 30th at 2:30. It was a very simple easy ceremony. Checked in at 1.45PM only to be sent back and to return at 2:15PM. The ceremony was over at 2:50PM

Here is the snapshot

Application filed : 17th November 2019

Biometrics : 09th December 2019

Interview : 25th Feb 2020

Oath : 30th June 2020

Now, here is a trivial piece of advice....Make sure you start from your place to the place of Ceremony atleast an hour and half in advance, make sure you check the traffic on your way and plan an alternate route....We had to drive on I-465 South on the east side of INDY at around 1PM and it was an easy drive. But at the same time, North bound lanes had a heavy traffic jam due to an accident which probably held the traffic for atleast a couple of hours. That stretch of I-465 has no exits at all....So, I was thinking that we were blessed that we didnt have to deal with that situation...So, very very important is the last hour to get to the Ceremony place. You wont regret having arrived earlier by 45 minutes....Dont risk it....And good luck to you all....May all your dreams come true....God Bless America
