Eligibility Letter

What is eligibility letter my fiancé talking about that i need to bring during my Medical Examination in SLEC next month?

Eligibility letter is from the embassy, some receive it, some don't.   I don't see it listed on the SLEC website as required.

 

St. Luke's requires a copy of the NVC letter/email with your MNL#,  and a copy of your interview confirmation IF you available (you print this out once you schedule your interview)
