Questions/advice about I-130/I-485 concurrent re-filing after returned packet

So USCIS returned our packet because Chase's fraud detection mechanism auto-declined the payments for I-130/I-485 concurrent filing last week.

We got it back today in the mail, and it has a post-it note on it saying **2 of 2** - which means there's still some part of the packet they haven't sent back to us.

Does anyone know if there's a long gap between receiving packets "1 of 2" and "2 of 2"?

Questions-

1) Can we re-use the forms that they sent back, or should we re-print every single form?

There are some numbers at the bottom of the pages that seem to be from some processing they did.

2) Can we re-use the evidence we sent, or should we re-print every single paper here?

(like insurance bills, marriage license, flights, passport pages, tax credits, financial documents, I-20s and so on)

3) They stapled the forms and evidence together from the top, so if we re-use them we will have to un-staple them. Is this OK?

Any other advice for re-submitting? I'm assuming that we have to--

Arrange everything as per the original order and specify RE-SUBMISSION as per advice here https://www.visajourney.com/guides/uscis-form-assembly-tips/ - but specifically:

**Overall packet:**

1. Cover letter

2. I-130 packet

3. I-485 packet

**I-130 packet:**

1. I-797C rejection notice

2. Payment info (using **check** guidelines here https://www.uscis.gov/forms/paying-uscis-fees) --> thinking of writing a check and using a paper-clip to attach it to a blank page. Is this fine?

3. Cover letter for I-130

4. Order of everything as in the I-130 section here

**I-485 packet:**

1. I-797C rejection notice

2. Payment info (using **check** guidelines here https://www.uscis.gov/forms/paying-uscis-fees) --> thinking of writing a check and using a paper-clip to attach it to a blank page. Is this fine?

3. Cover letter for I-485

4. Order of everything as in the I-485 section here https://www.visajourney.com/guides/i130-spouse-inside-usa
