09/10/2004 - INTERVIEW in Warsaw(Approved)

11/06/2004 - Got married in Arizona! Mr. and Mrs. now :)

12/23/2004 - NOA's for AOS, EAD and AP

01/25/2005 - EAD Approved!

01/26/2005 - AP Approved!

08/16/2005 - AOS interview in Chicago! The I-551 stamp received.

08/22/2005 - Permanent Resident Card received! On hubby's birthday :)

REMOVING CONDITIONS

05/24/2007 - Sent I-751 to Nebraska service center.

05/26/07 - NSC received our application.

06/09/07 - Notice received(NOA dated 5/31)

06/21/07 - Biometrics completed

04/02/08 - case transferred from NSC to CSC

04/03/08 - touched

05/06/08 - APPROVED

05/12/08 - Received Permanent Resident Card (done with immigration untill the citizenship. Will wait till Lithuania and USA gets dual citizenship agreement)

today it shows they are processing i751 for December 14th, 2006.

My application was submitted on January 18th 2007 and it was approved in June.

Just to let you know.

Thank you for this information. It's a very big help to me. I sent mine to TSC too. I think it's good thing for us :thumbs: But I just notice...I have to wait till USCIS sets about my documents. Because I sent mine on June 1st :whistle:

Aug 12 04(day 174) - NVC sent to Naples

Aug 23 04 (day 185) - Packet 3

Aug 25 04 (day 187) - Packet 3 returned

Sep 10 04 (day 213) - Packet 4

Sep 27 04 - (day 230) Consulate physical

Sep 28 04 - (day 231) Visa interview successful - he has VISA!

Oct 14 04 - (day 247) He is HOME!

Dec 18 04 - We are MARRIED!

Dec 31 04 - AOS/EAD/AP mailed to Chicago

Jan 5 05 - AOS/EAD NOA1

Jan 8 05 - AP rejection letter received, due to my error

Jan 26 05 - AP NOA1

Feb 18 05 - biometrics appointment & EAD approved online

Feb 26 05 - EAD received

Mar 2 05 - AOS fingerprints processed

Apr 1 05 - AOS NOA2 received! (dated 3-24-05)

Apr 11 05 - AP approved online

Apr 16 05 - AP received

May 5 05 - AOS interview successful

May 13 05 - Green card arrived in the mail
